What is the return policy?
At Roop Lakshmi Silk Sarees, customer satisfaction and product authenticity are our priority. We accept return, exchange, or refund requests only in specific cases such as damaged products, wrong items, or manufacturing defects. Requests must be raised within 7 days of delivery.
Is an unboxing video required?
Yes. A clear unboxing video is mandatory for all return, refund, or exchange requests. The video must:
- Start before opening the parcel
- Clearly show the shipping label
- Be recorded in one continuous take without cuts
- Clearly show the issue in the same video
Requests without a valid unboxing video cannot be approved.
When will I get my order?
Delivery timelines may vary depending on your location and product availability. Once your order is confirmed and dispatched, you will receive tracking details to monitor your shipment.
